The Most Ethical Congress Ever

There's quite a bit I'm willing to forgive the men and women who've served this country; especially those who have served during war time. But honestly, how much more can we be expected to put up with from Rep. Charles Rangel?

Useful Idiot Of The Week

Sure it was an off-the-cuff remark, but for some reason I just cannot imagine little Miss Contessa making such a comment about the Dems.

I'm Shocked Too

Whew, this whole JournoList thing is such a relief. Because I was starting to think we were all just being paranoid.

Viva ALRA

Like so much of what the left gleefully embraces; I loathe identity politics. I also have very little tolerance for manufactured victimhood. So, naturally I appreciate it when somebody who could very easily do so, refuses to play their game.

I Thought We'd Moved Past All This

Yet another fine example of life in Barry's post-racial America:

But I do think they should have let her use the slogan. First; because she's right, it is free speech. And second; because I'd love to see how many votes she'd get.

Useful Idiot Of The Week

Once again, this week's Useful Idiot comes to us from the left coast. Well actually, she's Canadian, but you know what I mean.

A couple of films and suddenly this half-witted monotone little troll matters? Thanks a lot Canada!

Maybe If We Don't Mention it, They'll Just Forget

There's a reason why Barry has long since stopped trying to promote his 2000+ page monstrosity of a health care bill. That's right; all these months later and the American people are still not buying it.

So it seems that, despite Pelosi's insistence to the contrary, ramming the bill down our collective throats might not have been the best idea. Nobody has changed their mind. If anything, it's had the opposite effect. The more we find out about the bill the less we like it.

I hope the opposition takes advantage of this, because sometimes it pays to be the party of "hell no". This might just be one of those times.

Lets See Where This Goes

Apparently, the chairman of the bipartisan commission established to investigate whether or not the DOJ wrongfully decided to drop charges against the New Black Panther Party has determined that the allegations warrant further investigation.

I'm not sure that I really expect anything to come of this. But I'd be lying if I said this didn't warm my heart just a bit. Because if nothing else, it's good to know that this whole mess isn't going away as easily as Holder and Barry would have liked.
